Chapter 1: Table 1.2, p10; Johnson noise voltage for 25,000 ohms should be -108.2 dBu, not -100.2 dBu.
Chapter 1: Equation 1.4, p12, the letter Z should be the number 2.
Chapter 3: Figure 3.33. There should be a 100R resistor in the emitter circuit of Q7 to give 6 mA
Chapter 4: p122, 5th paragraph: "For Figures 4.23 and 4.24" should be "For Figures 4.22 and 4.23",
and "Figure 4.25" should be " Figure 4.24"
Chapter 5: p137. Stephen Butterworth was essentially a physicist/engineer, though also "a first-rate applied mathematician".
Chapter 9: Figure 9.16e on page 233: B should be -R2/R1
Chapter 10: p260. Sub-title should read "The Baxandall One-Capacitor LF control"
Chapter 15: Figure 15.4a, , pins 1 and 2 of the XLR have been swopped in error. Pin 2 should be hot, Pin 1 ground.
Chapter 20: Figure 20.8, p535, R2 and R4 should be 1K3, not 4K3
Chapter 20: Figure 20.11, p539, R4 and R6 should be 1K3, not 4K3
THE DESIGN OF ACTIVE CROSSOVERS
Chapter 4: p112, there is a reference to "the very clever NTM crossover in Chapter 6". It is actually in Chapter 5.
Chapter 6: p129, at the end of the second whole paragraph, "accurately" is mis-spelled as "accutrately".
How that got through multiple layers of spell-checking we may never know...
Chapter 6: p135, Figure 6.9, the Linkwitz Riley filter for the mid path should be labelled "5.12 kHz" not "512 kHz".
Chapter 9: p257, R7 in Fig 9.5c should be R4.
Chapter 11: p306, first line of second para should read "Constant Directivity Horn Equalisation".
I'm sure you guessed that one.
Chapter 19: p535, Figure 19.1, caption should have the word "subtractive" deleted. It is not a subtractive crossover.
The two blocks labelled "second-order allpass" should be labelled "third-order allpass"
